My Life PhilosophyIn a nutshell, I believe in the principles below. Reap & Sow. Basically that. What you bring to others, to this world, you will get back in one form or another. Positive Response / Positive Countenance. I believe the whole world would be a lot more pleasant place to live if each of us would just try to smile and to put a smile on the faces we meet each day. Give a smile, and you'll get one back. If you don't, then that person needed your smile more than you may know. 3 Strikes & You're Out. Give a person the benefit of the doubt when you think something is up, but you're not quite sure. Rather than jumping to conclusions, track 3 separate occurrences of the action in question before deciding to have a chat about it. Lose the Battle and Win the War. People lose credibility because of being super-sensitive or critical. In any given organization, a wide range of personality types must cooperate together. Irritations are bound to happen.
