The Format:

All coaching takes place via e-mail and/or phone.

Frequency is up to the client, with a purchase of four phone sessions per month being common.

Each session lasts 30-60 minutes, depending upon the client's preferences and needs.

Cybercoaching (coaching via e-mail; no phone contact) is also available.

The Process:

First:

We get clear on what issues you would like to work on.

Second:

Together, we set a goal.

Third:

We use approaches that best fit you in order to make progress on that goal.

Fourth:

I keep you on track toward your goals.

I provide to you, the client, feedback on where we've been and where we're going.
