Are You Ready for Coaching?

Regardless of how well you are doing in life, if you recognize that you could do better, coaching may be for you. Coaching helps you:

  • recognize self-imposed limits
  • break them down
  • allow the best of you to shine through.

Coaching is particularly helpful if you:

  • work too much and play too little
  • want to change careers
  • want more life fulfillment
  • want to start your own business
  • want to settle into a simpler, less stressful way of life.

I provide listening, support, wisdom and techniques to help guide your transition.

What Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not a substitute for therapy. If you are dealing with serious emotional problems or a major crisis, coaching alone is not the appropriate avenue to take. Coaching is about creating long-term positive results, not putting out fires. However, a coach can assist in helping you identify behaviors and beliefs that may have started the fire in the first place. Coaching is about finding, accenting and developing your strengths, focusing on what you can and want to do, not on what you can't do.

 

Are You Ready for Coaching? If you can place a check in any of these boxes then you are probably ready for coaching!
